KinLine Terms of Use

These are the terms of use for KinLine, an iOS app made by Aadstra LLC.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of KinLine, an iOS app made by Aadstra LLC. By using KinLine, you agree to them. If you download KinLine from the App Store, Apple’s standard App Store terms also apply.
Using KinLine
KinLine is a private, person-centered organizer for your family’s records and information. Aadstra grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for organizing your household’s and family’s information.
Your information, your responsibility
You choose what to store in KinLine, and you are responsible for it: for its accuracy, for keeping it current, and for having an appropriate basis to store information about other people.
KinLine’s document extraction suggests information for your review. Review extracted details before saving them, and verify them against the original document before relying on them.
Verify critical information
Always verify critical and emergency information — such as medications, allergies, insurance details, and emergency contacts — against original documents and with the relevant professionals or institutions. Do not rely on KinLine as the only copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
Not professional advice
KinLine organizes information; it does not interpret it. Nothing in KinLine is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and KinLine is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Acceptable use
Use KinLine lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not use it to store or share information you have no right to hold, to infringe others’ rights, or to interfere with the app or the Apple services it relies on.
Intellectual property
The KinLine app — its software, design, and content — and the KinLine and Aadstra names and marks belong to Aadstra LLC. The records and content you create in KinLine remain yours.
Availability and disclaimer
KinLine is provided “as is” and “as available.” iCloud synchronization and family sharing depend on Apple’s iCloud service, which Aadstra does not operate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aadstra disclaims warranties regarding the app’s availability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information stored in the app.
Termination
You may stop using KinLine at any time by deleting the app. Aadstra may update the app and its features over time, and may discontinue features or the app where necessary.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as KinLine evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continuing to use KinLine after a change takes effect means the updated terms apply.
